By accessing the RSSAnywhere website ("Site") or using the services offered by RSSAnywhere ("Services") you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). all from the comfort of your phone." phrase are trademarks or trade dress of RSSAnywhere, and may not be used without express written permission from RSSAnywhere, other than for attribution. All other trademarks not owned by RSSAnywhere that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by RSSAnywhere.

RSSAnywhere-originated content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software and the compilation of all content on the Site, is the property of RSSAnywhere and its licensors and protected by United States and international copyright laws. RSSAnywhere and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Terms, or via use of the Site or Services, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between RSSAnywhere and you.

These Terms supersede any previous agreement and represent the entire agreement between RSSAnywhere and you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without reference to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of the Terms is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Terms shall be severed accordingly.

Simplicity is Essential

It all began in January of 2006 for a young entrepreneur by the name of David Ratner. As an experienced computer technician with a deep passion for emerging technologies. David realized great potential in what will eventually be the next dot com expansion, mobile web browsing. David’s idea came to him simply when he noticed that every single person at one time during a night out on the town used their cell phone to call or text message a friend.

RSSAnywhere.com’s potential client base already had more then sufficient technology in their pockets at all times. “Synthesizing both home and mobile internet use would be the ultimate experience”, recalls David on asked how he devised such an idea.

RSSAnywhere.com is definitely not the first product out the market to cater to the niche of information hungry-tech savvy people.

What separates RSSAnywhere.com from its competition is that it simply can be used on nearly any and all mobile web ready phones. The main motivation behind this radical but yet plain idea is compatibility. “Other programs which mobile web users experience are usually coded in Java, which in turn severely restricts users access among wireless providers in the United States…” said David in a recent interview. The idea of bringing all of your home pages to one unique mobile website has motivated RSSAnywhere.com to create such a unique site in itself.
